|Ground Hog Job Shadow Day
The “11th Annual National Groundhog Job Shadow Day” was held at Rutgers University-Newark on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Groundhog Job Shadow Day is a national campaign that provides young people with a new perspective regarding their academic and career aspirations through a hands-on, one-day mentoring experience.

The Office of University-Community Partnerships (OUCP) at Rutgers University-Newark celebrated the National Education Association’s Read Across America Day. This annual reading celebration is observed on or around March 2nd, which is the birthday of Dr. Theodor Geisel, the legendary children’s book author who is better known as Dr. Seuss.
